Service Description

Our Drone "FPV" Walkthrough video service offers a unique, immersive perspective of your property. Starting from the front yard, we gently descend through the front door and fly the drone through the main rooms of the home, capturing dynamic, flowing views of the interior spaces. The video then flows out the back door to complete the tour. Due to space limitations in certain rooms, the drone may not enter these areas but will capture them as it flies by, ensuring all key spaces are showcased. Delivered within 72 hours, the video sets your listing apart by highlighting your property from angles that traditional photography can't, providing potential buyers with a fresh and immersive experience. Once your video is complete, we'll send it to you via a shareable link and host it for one year. You'll also receive the original file.


Cancellation Policy

**DISCOUNT POLICY:** Our prices are fixed and non-negotiable. We do not offer discounts on our services or add-ons, other than our Pricing Plans, which provide great value. Thank you for your understanding. **RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION POLICY:** You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before its scheduled time. Cancelled appointments will result in a credit applied for a future service, provided in the form of a one-time promo code. Credits from cancelled services are valid for 6 months from the time of cancellation. No refunds will be issued. **BAD WEATHER POLICY:** In the event of inclement weather forecasted (such as rain, fog, high winds, and/or rain clouds), we strongly advise rescheduling the appointment to another day. If you choose to proceed with the photoshoot as planned and we are unable to complete the service due to bad weather, an additional fee of $170 will be charged for a revisit on another day. Failure to pay the revisit fee will result in receiving only the photos taken on the original appointment, regardless of the incomplete photoshoot. It is your responsibility to monitor the forecast and decide whether to reschedule or proceed as planned. We assume no responsibility for weather-related disruptions to your service. (For the best outcome of your photoshoot, and our equipment we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment due to weather or any other unforeseen event if necessary.) **NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY:** Failure to provide access or to show up at the property at the scheduled time without prior notice will result in the cancellation of the appointment and a 50% refund. The same policy applies if an incorrect address is provided. Clients under a Pricing Plan will forfeit a credit from their plan in such instances.
